Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply to services provided by Jordantero Co.

Last updated: January 2026

Estimates

Phone estimates are approximate. A firm written estimate follows inspection, and no work begins without your approval. Additional faults discovered during disassembly are quoted separately before proceeding.

Guarantee

Repairs carry a one-year guarantee on our labor and on parts we supply. The guarantee excludes damage from moving, dropping, improper winding, extreme humidity, or service performed by others.

Turnaround

Estimated completion dates are good-faith projections. Parts availability for antique movements can extend timelines; we will keep you informed.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion and before release of the clock. We accept cash, check and major credit cards.

Uncollected items

Clocks not collected within 120 days of completion, after written notice, may be sold to recover charges as permitted by Colorado law.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the services performed. Antique clocks carry inherent fragility; we exercise professional care but cannot warrant components that fail due to age.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
